Iced Green Tea with Mint and Lemon
This easy to make iced tea is both delicious and healthy as it’s packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
1 teaspoon Zen Green Tea matcha green tea powder
1 freshly sliced lemon
1 teaspoon natural maple syrup
1 Jug water (sparkling, still or tap)
Optional: Mint leaves, apple slices
- Pour 1/3 cup of hot water into the matcha and dissolve the powder
- Add the teaspoon of maple syrup and stir
- Pour mixture into your jug of water
- Squeeze the lemons and add into the jug
- Serve with ice
