Returns Policy

At Zen Green Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unopened condition.

Product Condition

We accept returns on new, unopened products only. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

How to Return

Returns are accepted by mail. To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@zengreentea.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Contact us at hello@zengreentea.com.au to arrange an exchange.
